We are still currently without a clerk and there are four councillor vacancies on the council, therefore, until a clerk has been recruited for the Council it has been decided that we will hold one meeting a month on the third Thursday (except August) where we will discuss all matters of council business. Any matters that would normally have been referred to the Park & Environment, Finance, Events or Web & Media committee will now be discussed in the Full meeting and for this reason the meeting length has been extended to three hours instead of two.
